We all have days of fear, of uncertainty, of bewilderment. There is nothing worse than uncertainty in the future for us human beings, so used to plan, plan, decide and try to predict the future.

But, I would like to ask you, in this huge general chaos of the world and of minds, have you ever stopped to think about how to cope with fear and panic instead of letting yourself be dragged down by it?

What are our resources? Do you know how great and powerful the power of the mind is? Did you know that cultivating positive thoughts has the ability to strengthen our immune system?

Taking care of our immune system

Luckily our immune system can be strengthened in hundreds of different ways. Here are some very healthy ones that can improve your mental health:

  • Practicing physical activity.
  • Practice meditation.
  • Eat healthy food and not junk food, such as industrial products that are processed and refined; and are also the first thing that weakens our body. Because the strength of our immune defenses depends primarily on the quality of our intestinal flora; therefore, the better we eat, the better our body functions.
  • Practicing fasting! Yes, I know many of you don’t believe this, but the power of fasting days to improve our immune defenses is immense. It should be clear that fasting should not be done unknowingly, but should be done with precise methods that can be found on many medical and wellness sites, which explain it perfectly and teach how to practice it.
  • Learning to increase the use of infusions based on healing plants, which purify on a global level and give a remarkable wellness.
  • Learning to use prophylaxis to prevent seasonal flu, instead of taking cover when the organism is already clogged.
  • Avoiding being bombarded by the media with the amount of negative information coming from all fronts, but turning off the TV and cell phones, and devoting ourselves to listening to channels that convey positive thoughts: whether they are wellness sites, books or music.


These things seem obvious, I know. So obvious that few people do it, few people actually dedicate themselves to taking care of their bodies.

Stop procrastinating today

Do you know why? Because the power of complaint floods everything. And human beings have always been accustomed to complaining: because complaint and suffering are a den, a refuge, a way of telling the world: “Leave me alone, I am sick and I have the right to complain!

But once again I tell you that the quality of our thoughts is everything and it is fundamental. And it can only be accompanied by the attitude, which can be learned, to treat our body as a temple !

There is no more time to sit and wait for the world to suck us into a vortex of nothingness; it is not by sitting at home in front of the TV listening to doomsday scenarios that we will be saved.

The quality of our thoughts is crucial and we are all interconnected. Have you ever done a group meditation? I can assure you that while meditation in itself is a powerful tool, in a group it becomes immense. The vibrations of interconnected people are very high, and good thoughts generate good vibrations that are helpful to everyone.

We can do it, even this time. We just have to believe it.
