Hatred is a faculty of the mind, which is endowed with free will. The heart is the organ of love, indeed of all emotions. The heart is the organ of love and can only love.
The heart in youth falls in love many times and this can make us think that it does not take into account the pain we cause to the previous partner who feels betrayed.
But really the heart is an unconscious and automatic organ, that is to say, involuntary. Its function is to pump blood, source of emotions, food, warmth and life, and therefore of love for all the cells of the body.
The heart falls in love and gets excited.
Loving new partners is the natural condition of the heart. This peculiarity is typical of the animal kingdom. The heart is the organ of love, indeed of all emotions.
The heart cannot be condemned because it often falls in love and gets excited. The moment the heart stops loving and getting excited, that is, stops pumping blood, reproduction and life cease.
Who reasons and creates doubts, expectations and various contradictions, strongly conditioning the heart to the point of making us sick, is our mind which is subject to so many rules and prohibitions to be respected.
Social and moral norms are very important and have led to the supremacy of man over other living species. Unfortunately, the rules we must abide by do not take into account the nature of the heart, which is destined for the survival of the species, hence it often falls in love.
The center of all emotions
In fact, it seems that many prohibitions have been established precisely to curb the vital and pressing needs of our body. Therefore, the mind is endowed with free will, so it can choose to love, remain indifferent and even hate.
The heart is the organ of love, indeed of all emotions. Unlike the mind, the heart can only love. So the heart falls in love easily and the mind often gets in the way. Hence our incurable dissatisfaction and suffering.
Many diseases are caused by the contrast between the mind and the heart. The heart can only love. That is its natural condition. Hatred is a peculiarity of the unsatisfied and unconscious mind.
Unfortunately, our heart is subject to the contradictions of our mind, which often does not even know what it wants.
Unfortunately, a mind overzealous of moral norms is not willing to please the heart, is always undecided and never satisfied, and all this makes the body sick.
It is difficult to balance the needs of the heart/body and social morality. Only conscience can save us from the weaknesses of the heart/body and the “unpreparedness” of the mind.
