Not every day do we manage to be strong, because life’s difficulties and barriers sometimes manage to dismantle us and come at us in the form of exhaustion, whether physical, emotional, or mental.

That’s life, there are days when we are stronger and more secure, but there are others when we need support and a break to put things in order and our life in its place… It takes a little time to refocus, but never a stop.

In this way, it’s not necessary to be strong every day and that’s okay, but what we cannot do is give up on moving forward because that shows the greatest weakness, not believing in ourselves and our potential, and mainly, not believing that we can do anything if life is on our side…

Don’t stop resting because that makes us strong

When you feel like you can’t walk anymore, stop and rest, because you’ll have more time to walk, other days to chase your dreams, and a lot of strength from within to keep going… Believe me, you’re not weak, just human, because we all get tired from time to time, but the strongest ones don’t give up and rise up stronger…

But it’s necessary not to listen to those who push you back because the road is difficult, listen to those who tell you that you’re capable and lead you by the hand to overcome obstacles and move forward; don’t let your ears settle for those who say that it’s best to give up because later you’ll regret not having walked further.

Don’t stop resting because that’s what makes us strong and capable of rising up once again with the heart full of certainty that we can keep going because that’s the only option that will make us happy; don’t put aside your dreams because they seem far away, it’s necessary to have persistence and, above all, hope that dreaming is just a stage in achieving what we want.

Stronger than your weakness, it’s possible

Learn to be stronger than your weakness… Don’t settle for giving up on something because it’s difficult or because it demands too much from you because those are the things that are most worth it and that you’ll appreciate when you achieve them. The greatest weakness isn’t in temporarily giving up, but in giving up and not fighting for things that would fill your life, bringing more joy to your days…

So don’t mind asking for help when you need it, but choose those who embrace you and help you move forward and not those who push you back or keep you stagnant. Don’t mind crying because it’s part of the journey, the desert lands of the journey need to be watered so that your dreams can flourish; don’t forget that your soul takes care of you and sustains you and knows that you shouldn’t stop asking it to be on your path because the lightness of our steps and the smile on our face depend on our own interior.
